This is a wonderful yellow rambler situated on a corner lot with a view.
The weather for the day was slated to be partly sunny for a couple of hours and then simple cloudy with no possibility of rain. For about half of the exterior photos it was sunny. The back yard images were in that sun and had to actually wait about 5 minutes for the clouds to block the direct sun so that I could get a good back yard deck shot.
Had I not waited for a partial sun block all I would have had was direct sunlight with plenty of distracting sun spots and flares.
As I went around to the front the clouds had marched in quick and the front was in complete shadows now. An overcast day is always the best time to capture great photos.
My favorite time to photograph a home is when it is not occupied. I get plenty of time to get the right shots at the right angle with the perfect composition and exposure. This was the case with this wonderful home.
There were no obstructions or things that needed to be moved before I started shooting here. This was an easy home and I appreciate the real estate agent for having the home ready. It make the entire job so much easier.

Do you want to attract buyers to your new listing?
95% of home shoppers are starting their search online. Think about your own process for finding things to buy… do you use your phone to do a search?
It has been said that most online home shoppers spend only about 4 seconds on a home and the photos before they click on to the next. That is the decision time.
What you want are sticky photos. That is photos that keep eyeballs glued to your listing long enough so that they are inspired to contact you for a showing appointment.
A sure way to do that is through exceptionally composed and created photos that demand attention.
Exceptional photos start with a perfect composition of the room. Our photos are vertically and horizontally straight, do not cut off walls or key items that may distract, and are perfectly edited for best color and light. Check out our portfolio to see more amazing examples.
