How soon can I schedule?
I ask for 2-3 days advance notice, due to scheduling availability. Although there are times when I am available for a next day shoot. Also, keep in mind weather in the Northwest may influence the day and time we shoot for best results.
What is the best time of day to shoot my property?
I will make your property look fantastic no matter the time of day, however, early mornings and late afternoon are best. To avoid long shadows we will determine the best time of day for your front exterior image.
How long does a shoot take?
A photo shoot can go quick or it can be done right. I want to do it right so that your photos are excellent and help you increase your competitive marketing advantage. Details matter. A shoot can take from 60 minutes for a small property up to about 4 hours for an estate.
Beyond the time investment at the property shoot, I do invest a number of hours processing your awesome real estate photographs to bring them to light and life.
How can I reschedule?
I understand that circumstances and weather happen, especially in the Pacific Northwest. If you do need to reschedule a photo shoot it must be done by calling or texting Spencer at 425-770-9924 within 1 business day.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you do need to cancel I completely understand. If the cancellation is communicated in person or via phone contact I will not charge a cancellation fee. We will get the next one.
How many Photos do I get with my shoot?
Each property is unique so I do not like to put a definitive number to a photo shoot. I strive to capture the best features of the interior and exterior of the property. Typically, a property photo shoot produces 25 to 40 high quality images. Often times I go beyond that number so that you can use your images for social media or other marketing.
How are the photos delivered?
Your final photos are delivered via PixieSet.com. You are able to download 2 versions of your photographs. One version is high resolution and good for print. The second version is web sized and is great for upload to the MLS or social media usage.
