Do you want to attract buyers to your new listing?

95% of home shoppers are starting their search online. Think about your own process for finding things to buy… do you use your phone to do a search?

It has been said that most online home shoppers spend only about 4 seconds on a home and the photos before they click on to the next. That is the decision time.

What you want are sticky photos. That is photos that keep eyeballs glued to your listing long enough so that they are inspired to contact you for a showing appointment.

A sure way to do that is through exceptionally composed and created photos that demand attention.

Exceptional photos start with a perfect composition of the room. Our photos are vertically and horizontally straight, do not cut off walls or key items that may distract, and are perfectly edited for best color and light. Check out our portfolio to see more amazing examples.

Those are all good things… and yet it is not the only thing that matters. These seven things add serious value to your photos and to your business.

  1. Professionally edited photos – We have found one of the best photo editors who delivers awesome photographs that are free of color cast, balanced for perfect color levels, and bright.
  2. Photo delivery speed – Shoot by 2pm, delivered to your inbox next morning by 9am.
  3. Blue Skies – We guarantee that your exterior images will have blue skies no matter whether we photographed in the rain, snow, or smoke filled fire season.
  4. Remove all wires, cables, and extension cords – These pesky things are all distracter to the eye. Your potential buyer online searching does not need to be distracted.
  5. Remove obtrusive cars – If we find a car that is distracting to the photograph we have expert editors that can remove it as if it never existed.
  6. Remove  trash cans and simple yard debris – We want your exterior photograph to look clean, bright, and clutter free. One more way we eliminate distractions.
  7. Remove power lines – Many times we need to use a drone to capture your front shot due to the elevation of the property to the street. Sometimes the power lines can get in the way. So our expert editor simply plucks them out.

Bottom line: Capturing the attention of buyers online for your new listing is critical. Our boutique real estate photography business offers you superior values… photo stickiness and distraction elimination through the seven values above.

As the photographer I was amazed by the incredible display of flowers in the front and that walkway leading right up to an inviting door and entryway.

The entire lot was wonderfully sized and filled with such care and pride of ownership. And that view from the drone was spectacular. You could see all the way to Rotary Park and the Snohomish River.

It is always my pleasure to be able to capture these beautiful homes with my Nikon D850 for some fantastic Snohomish, King, and Skagit County brokers. I absolutely love what I do and do it with utmost excellence, creative detail, and expert composition.
